Their promises sound huge, like absolutely huge, but the details just weren’t clear enough at all. I felt like I needed way more proof before I could even think about trusting it. No question, I’d want everything spelled out much better first.

"Honestly, I don’t think it was worth it"
Maybe I’m just picky, but I really felt like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. I was expecting more for the price, so it was disappointing overall.

I had a frustrating time trying to get help from Merch Method. I sent them a message about the issue I was having, and then I basically just sat there waiting without any real update or even a simple “we got your message” type of response. I get that support teams can be busy, but when you’re stuck and don’t know if anyone has even seen your request, it makes the whole thing feel a lot worse.

When they finally did reply, it seemed like they hadn’t really read what I wrote the first time. Their response didn’t really address the main thing I was asking about, so I had to go back and explain the same situation again, which was annoying because I had already tried to be clear in my first message. It just felt like extra back-and-forth that could have been avoided if they had taken a closer look at what I sent.

Maybe Merch Method works fine for other people, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but my experience with the support side was not great. The service itself might be okay, but if getting help takes that long and the first reply doesn’t really solve anything, it makes it hard for me to feel confident using it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for me.

"Not really a good fit for me"
I tried this out hoping it would be straightforward, but it ended up being more confusing than I expected. I spent roughly an hour or so just trying to figure out the basic steps, and for what I paid, it didn’t feel worth it to me.
I also felt like I had to dig around too much for answers instead of just getting clear guidance upfront. After going back and forth a couple of times, I was mostly just frustrated and decided it wasn’t the right fit for me.

"Same Confusing Workflow Problems Again"
I tried using merchmethod.com for help with my design workflow, but it felt like the same kind of frustrating experience I’ve run into before. The steps weren’t very clear, and I kept feeling like I was circling back instead of actually making progress. Maybe it clicks for some people, but for me it just ended up wasting time and I didn’t come away feeling like I learned much

"Merchmethod just wasn’t for me"
I gave merchmethod a try, but it didn’t feel worth it to me. After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about what I’d signed up for and didn’t really trust the process as much as I expected to. Maybe it works for other people, but my experience left me disappointed.

"Refund process was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I had a frustrating experience with merchmethod.com’s billing. I got charged when I wasn’t expecting it, and getting a refund turned into a slow back-and-forth. Support took forever to reply, and even when they did, it didn’t really clear things up. the whole thing felt preventable if the billing had been explained better upfront. Still not happy with how it was handled, and I wouldn’t use them again.

"The instructions were confusing"
I tried using merchmethod.com, but the instructions were hard to follow and felt kind of all over the place. I couldn’t really tell what I was supposed to do next, so I ended up giving up quickly. I was expecting things to be a lot clearer, and at the very least, an apology for making the process so frustrating would be appreciated.

"First impression wasn’t great, and the coaching didn’t improve much"
Right from the first session, it felt a bit rushed and not very personalized. I was hoping the coaching would get more useful as it went on, but it mostly stayed generic. i didn’t feel like I learned much from it.

"Not as easy as they make it sound"
I signed up thinking it would be a straightforward way to make some extra money, maybe back in March or April, I can't remember exactly. But the expectations felt really high once I got into it. Real sales take a long time to actually happen, and for me it just didn't feel worth paying for.

"A few good points, but not for me"
I can see how some people might like it, and there were a couple of things that seemed decent, but overall I found it confusing to use. For the price, I just didn’t feel like I got enough value out of it, so I wouldn’t say it was worth the money for me.

most of the lessons felt really surface level. a lot of it was stuff i’d already come across for free online, so i was expecting more depth. there just wasn’t much detail, and i ended up feeling disappointed

"Community support felt like a waste of energy"
I didn’t have a great experience with the community support. I asked a few questions and the replies were slow and vague, so I still ended up having to figure most of it out myself. It felt like nobody was really that interested in helping, which was frustrating because I spent way too much time and energy chasing answers that never really came

"Confusing and honestly kind of a headache"
I tried using merchmethod.com, and wow, what a fun little adventure in not knowing where anything is. The menus felt all over the place, some pages loaded oddly, and I spent way too much time clicking around just to find basic things that should’ve been obvious.

Maybe it works great for people who enjoy solving puzzles while trying to get work done, but for me it felt clunky and frustrating. I eventually gave up because simple tasks were taking way longer than they had any right to

"Not gonna lie, it didn’t pay off for me"
Not gonna lie, I really hoped Merch Method would help me make some decent money, but that just wasn’t my experience. I gave it some time, but once I added up the costs and the time I put in, I wasn’t actually profitable. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it felt like I spent more than I got back
